Nicole Pasche is the owner of Pasche Solutions and an accomplished HR professional with over a decade of experience, primarily in the non-profit sector. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from UBC and a Human Resources Diploma from BCIT. With broad expertise in both public and non-profit sectors, Nicole specializes in leadership training, project management, and employee relations, including workplace investigations. Nicole’s customized approach provides leaders and teams with practical tools that drive positive results, empowering organizations to build strong, compliant, and engaged workplace cultures.

Nicole’s passion for HR is rooted in her desire to empower leaders to reach their fullest potential, believing that engaged leadership directly fosters a thriving workplace culture. Her approach is to listen first, then ask questions empowering leaders to think creatively and critically when problem solving.  A career-defining time for Nicole was when the Occupational Health and Safety law changed to include psychological safety.  It sparked a commitment to helping organizations create respectful workplaces and comply with new requirements. With a proactive approach to shaping culture, Nicole’s work emphasizes the vital link between engaged leadership, positive employee morale, and retention. She believes that effective HR practices can transform an organization, ensuring a healthy, compliant environment where employees feel valued and motivated to stay.
