The reason Nicole pursued HR as a career is because she wanted to empower leaders to realize their greatest leadership potential.  Nicole achieves this by taking a customized approach to each individual and team she works with and provides them with practical tools which yield positive results.  Through experience, Nicole knows that by learning HR best practices, leaders will develop their skills and successfully manage their teams.

Nicole Pasche, sole proprietor of Pasche Solutions, is a human resources professional with over ten years of experience mostly in the non-profit sector. She graduated from UBC with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Diploma in Human Resources from BCIT.   She has generalist experience in public and non profit sectors, with specializing in training leaders, project management and employee relations (and investigations).
